In 2019, The Rotaract Club of Birmingham launched a formal program to educate Rotaract members on the mission and impact of other Birmingham nonprofit organizations. The program is designed to foster civic engagement, drive professional development, and deepen the Club’s impact on other civic organizations in Birmingham. The program allows members to sit as non-voting, ex-officio members of major nonprofits in the community.

This program follows the calendar year, and new applications are accepted beginning in October.
